What is branding and content creation?
Branding is about developing the distinctive label of your company into a platform that your customers can interact with. This is where content creation comes in. Your brand’s content is the touch points where consumers can meet you. These can be deliverables such as photographs Instagram posts, videos for IGTV or Youtube, copy for your website or Instagram captions, and CSS website creation.
Joan Shepp Instagram Stories
In my current position, I am responsible for doing a wide variety of work that includes copywriting, content creation, photography, and graphic design. For Joan Shepp, I was responsible for creating the marketing for our new launch of product by Rick Owens x Champion. Above is some of the Instagram Stories I created for this product launch.

What I used and my roles: Indesign + graphic design (photo selection, logo design, minimal copy, color and font design)
Where did I gather my inspiration? For this project, I gathered inspiration from different clothing and hiking publications.
Goal of the project: The goal was to create a marketing packet for the shoe brand to get their shoes in stores. I wanted to highlight the best features of the shoes and what made the brand different. To me, the most important thing a brand can do is to create their story and image for buyers. Without a clear understanding of who they are, brand recognition will be very hard to achieve.

What is Ginazo.com? Ginazo.com is a website for those who want to become their best-creative-selves.
Why I created this site: At school and in my sorority I have always been the “creative one”. What people do not always realize is that being creative and having ideas did not just happen overnight. It takes a lot of time to develop that part of your mind, but just as we can build muscles, we all can become more creative. I began Ginazo.com to help teach other people in their 20s about how to become creative and how to make their lives something they are proud of.
About the work:
I was approached by Mastery by Mal after using the their Instagram growth program. They send out an email to all of their clients looking for a copywriter. Using my tools from my copywriting course at James Madison University, I was able to craft and assist in rebranding the company. Although, this was my first paid copywriting job, I knew that the skills I had acquired in college made me a great candidate.
My steps to completing the work:
Interview Mallory and Logan, the founders of the company.
Analyze the existing content on each page of the website.
Come up with a strategy for the content and create a creative brief.
Check in weekly with the founders.
Assist in design by offering suggestions for the copy.
Complete the copy.
